Nailah Ali is a practiced, award-winning multidisciplinary designer and artist. She’s amassed nearly 12 years of experience using design as a tool to help people connect more meaningfully with the creative side of their visions, ventures, and dreams.

Throughout her career, Nailah navigated her way through a variety of different industries including education, healthcare, fashion, startups, and philanthropy picking up a wide-array of skills along the way. From brand identity design and development for advocacy campaigns created to continuously fight for human rights  around the world, to leading the design for a major film festival in New York City; Nailah knows design. More importantly, she understands the importance of it’s place in our every day lives and has the chops to apply it sensibly, beautifully and meaningfully.

Currently Senior Graphic Designer at Human Rights Watch, an international non-government agency working to protect human rights around the world; Nailah is passionate about helping people see their bigger picture a little bit more clearly while making it a reality through art and design.
